The Tendering Team works to search for tenders in the government and private sector and then analyze their items after purchasing them and inform our customers of the special and general conditions and quantities and the method of submitting quotations and then receiving the offers from our customers and studying them technically and financially for their conformity with the required technical specifications and submit the tender in its final form.

Registration Management:

The registration department works with a highly competent team that works on the registration requirements to our agents in order to process the registration files of the factory and products. After receiving them, they are reviewed, the contents are authenticated, submitted electronically and follow-up stages of registration with the SFDA/GHC until receipt of the registration certificate for the factory and Products.

Financial management:

The financial management of the company efficiently and effectively in the planning, management and control of financial matters and how to manage assets and address the exceptional problems to ensure continuity of work.

Procurement and Planning Department :

The Department of Planning and Procurement works to provide items of all kinds from our reliable sources, which are officially approved by local and international bodies without interruption to avoid delay in providing them to our customers.

Logistic Department :

The logistics department has professional competencies that plan and control the import of goods according to the technical requirements of the import and then cleared by the customs clearance department and then they are stored in the warehouses of the company and then sorted, distributed and supplied to customers or consumers by means of modern transportation and fully equipped to ensure their safety

Quality Management:

The quality team performs a very important work beginning at the company’s headquarters and employees through the stores and employees, inspecting and evaluating them and making sure that they confirm to the general requirements of the concerned authorities such as the General Authority for Food and Drug, Civil Defense and ISO 9001

Pharmacovigilance:

The Department of Pharmacovigilance monitors the quality of the products after marketing them through the annual reports, studying and analyzing these reports and developing the necessary solutions in case of side effects

Human Resource & Legal Affairs Department :

The HR Department selects highly qualified and trained staff to enable them to perform their business more efficiently and also assesses each employee’s performance through performance tests and rewards them accordingly. The management ensures that employees comply with the company’s labor laws and regulations.

The Department of Legal Affairs prepares, plans, organizes and follows up all matters related to the legal affairs of the company and verifies the application of the laws and regulations of the Labor and Labor Office and participates in providing legal opinions on all cases and providing legal advice in drafting and reviewing contracts of all types.
